I've heard good things about both but so far I've heard more good things about the PM Lotion. It's much thicker and even more moisturizing than the lotion. I actually never had breakouts until I started using it.
I'm insanely sensitive and like you have been holding out for pm as I've had samples of it and responded well. Some ingredient causes breakouts for my face, but it works well for the rest of my body.
